Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and product protection, general returns are not accepted. However, we offer a 15-day return policy for any manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries.
Eligible for Return
- • Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- • Reported within 15 days of delivery
- • Unworn and in original condition
- • Returned in original Shineora packaging with all tags
Not Eligible
- • General returns (change of mind / not a match)
- • Naths (nose pins) and Toe Rings (hygiene reasons)
- • Custom or personalized jewellery pieces
- • Offline store purchases (store exchanges only)
- • Items showing signs of wear from usage
How To Return
Initiate Request
Email our concierge at contact@shineora.in or use the Contact form within 15 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return. Or go to Orders -> Products -> Return.
Pack Safely
Ensure the jewellery is packed securely in its original Shineora box with all tags and invoice intact to prevent damage during transit.
Courier Pickup
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours. Hand over the package to our logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once received at our studio, we will perform a quick quality check. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after successful return pickup.
Refund Processing
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after successful return pickup and credited to your original payment account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund link will be sent to your registered mobile number within 24-48 hours after pickup.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
