Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of:
Damaged or defective items received.
Wrong item delivered.
Missing items in your order.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp (9532061961 / 9532060305) or email (care@shineora.in) with clear images and order details.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Earrings or ear accessories.
Customized / made-to-order jewellery.
Items purchased during a sale or under special offers.
Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Return / Exchange Process
1. Raise a Request — Contact us with your order number, issue details, and product images.
2. Approval & Pickup — Once verified, our team will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
3. Quality Check — Returned products undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt.
4. Resolution — Once approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed only after product verification.
For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer / UPI within 5–7 working days of return approval.
Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.

Damages During Transit
In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images.
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or credit as applicable.
